Problem with a Bill.

Hey, I am writing to you in order to get the explanation of what is going on with my bill.
So briefly, I have a contract with O2 we ara using unlimited internet and paying on a monthly basis. As I am currently staying in Ukraine I can not call to the customer service to ask them what is wrong with my bill. So basically I am reciving to different bills all the time.
Here is the copy of an EMAIL from O2:

Hello Mr Volodymyr Kyrylenko

Your O2 bill for 09/12/12 is now ready. You can look at your bill here.

To see your bill, you'll need the username and password you were given when you joined O2. If you've forgotten them, we can give you a reminder.

In total, your bill for this month comes to £67.57.

Is your bill more than you were expecting ?
If so, here's a few reasons why this might be:

  • You could have gone over the minutes, texts or data that's in your allowance.
  • You could have called or sent texts to numbers that can't be taken from your allowance such as International, 0800, 0845 numbers or directory enquiries.
  • You have used your phone for calls, text or data whilst abroad.

To view any charges outside your allowance click here.

Please arrange to pay this by the date in your bill. You can pay using a debit or credit card either online or call customer service and select the 'billing and payments' option.

However, Direct Debit is by far the easiest way to pay. Just call customer service with your account details, and we'll do the rest.

If you have any questions, just ask Lucy. She's our online virtual agent. You can also find out more about what's included in your bill with an online demonstration.

Best regards

O2

The problem is that we are paying 26pound every month. How come its could be 67.57??

My home mates called O2 and has spoken to the adviser thwy said that its might be some of my different contract with O2. But I don't have any other contracts, I have only Pay&Go sim card which is not connected to my Lloyds account. Also when I go Online, its written 26 pound bil not this one which you see above.

I have no idea how to check what for this bill. I don't want to stop my contract and cancel a direct payment from my Lloyds Account but if its going to take money from it I'll probably do it.

As a contract signed by me the Customer Service team saying me to call them. But its too expensive call from Ukraine to the UK.

Maybe you can advise me how to deal with this problem?

Thanks in advance,
Volodymyr.

You missunderstood me. The SIM card with is conected to this contract in the UK. One of my homemate using in and also he does top up every month for 10 pound to get a discount.
My SIM card is Pay&Go and I'm not using it in Ukraine at all.
As I signed a contract with o2 I have not terminate a contract when I was leaving the country in order to let us guys use the internet. So I'm still paying for the internet. the only one problem is that the bill is incorrect.
When you go online everything is ok but they keep sending me a letters the same as I showed before. When my friends called them they said that its might be bill for something else. But none of them using other services and me either not using. Even if it was bill for international calls for instance we can check it online in the "Bill Section". In the statement its written proper for what the O2 has taken the payment.

I have no idea where i can find the answer and find out why they trying to take this amount and what for..

So if someone have any ideas pls let me now cos I'm kinda confused 😕
Thanks in advance!
