Pay off refresh contract online ?

hi all, can you tell me if I can pay the balance on my refresh phone online ? I can only see how I can pay up to 7 pence below the amount online, which seems odd..

Just gone on chat and sorted it: apparently the settlement amount was £140, i could only pay off £139.93, but that is then rounded up to £140. Odd.

And retentions on chat now wont give me a PAC.....

Because they don't do it online apparently ...until i asked really nicely and said the phone lines were busy and she just did it (well, said she has done it) !

We are told Live Chat can give Pac Codes. 😔

 

Perhaps circumvent them and call 202 Uk Customer Services in order to obtain it. 

 

Edit : we posted at the same time. 

 

Take into account the Pac code is only live for 30 days.
