Solved: PAC code

I want to leave O2 and need to get a PAC code, I have been holding on the line for 39 minutes now, which is terrible! How can I get a PAC Code without holding for ages?

You need patience I'm afraid, as stated customer service will be really busy at the moment. Much better speaking to an agent but no harm in trying chat while you are waiting on the phone.

You could try live chat, if you're brave enough, but I suggest you hang on the phone. It's busy right now due to the S4 launch.....
