Orders don't arrive, a failure, an abuse in every way. How is it possible that I ordered an iPhone and it was supposed to arrive on December 2nd and it's already the 23rd and nobody says anything, an abuse?

I'm not sure if the legal definition of abuse but I doubt your case would fit the bill 

Nobody here from O2 to read your post, so apart from venting your justifiable anger nobody can help.

The regulars here know how bad O2 has become and can only sympathise
