The only way to sort this is to speak to customer service. Please don't use live chat as you will just have further problems. Call early morning is the best vtime.

It's not always convenient to ring first thing in the morning but from experience I advise about 8.30am. Personally I have never had a problem getting through at that time. As they have messed up your account probably best to avoid live chat.....
