Can't make outgoing call's from my landline since 11 feb ..
Phoned O2 on the 12th feb was told would be back within 24 hrs
Still no phone ..phoned again was told will take 72 hrs so waited..
Still no phone...phoned again was told will take 5 working days ..
Guess what still no bloody phone..
was told on 5th march to phone again on monday 10th march
to see what is going on...Guess what phone again on wed 12th
According to O2 there is thousends of people having problems with there landlines being connected..
It's great paying for a service that i cant use..come the 12th it will be 30 days with outgoing calls from landline...they are soon going to be told where to stick there service contract or no contract.....
The service has become a joke...been with O2 a lot of years now and get treated like crap

Well take that up with Sky as they own the home broadband and phone contracts now not o2 !
Even though you have not swapped to Skys service yet this applies
