Customer services actual shambles, contacted o2 Eight times now been cut off twice, had restrictions put on my phone now 3 times for money i have already paid last month for my old contract, Been told 5 times this has been sorted only to find out i have had restrictions put on my account today, i have been told this has been escalated they have raised 2 tickets to sort this out. now on hold trying to remove restrictions from my account what a joke the customer service is,

Sometimes the o2 billing system throws a wobble, and it will take o2 IT to fix the account, and all Customer Servcies will be able to do is put a temporary lift of restrictions on the account.. 

 

You would be better speaking to the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 as they can do more than normal customer services,

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
