Final bill

I have discontinued my O2 number, and have had an email advising that my final bill is ready (in fact a credit).  I would like a copy of this final account, but when I log into my account (which is still available on the web), there are no bills available in the limited menus now existing.  Help appreciated.

@cheeky9 Best thing for you to do is to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
