After my first upgrade using my Switch Up discovered by accident, because I didn't know I had one, my account was taken on Fraud for NO REASON! Which of course took away 14 days of change my mind, and Switch Up as well. After 3 months of waiting to be able to change my phone, I found out that I have not activated Switch Up, so I went to the online chat, and after 10 days of waiting, I've been told that there is no possibility to activate Switch Up on my account because of fraud (finished by the way), but they told me not to worry, and they will activate it.

Now, yesterday I've been told that upgrade team will help manually, but as I thought it was not enough incompetent advisor who doesn't know what he is saying, because Upgrade team also couldn't help me because of some error and they can't use Switch Up, and told me to go to the store..

But when my account is locked, and I have no switch up, but my account is needed to use switch up, then O2 store won't help me either.. so I stuck with the phone I wanted to change in 14days period, with contract I cannot cancel it without paying off full phone price, and I can't do upgrade before 2027..

Thanks O2 for the best experience..
