Called O2 to address an issue with Santander OTP's not coming through to my son's pay at you go number. Look online, it's a common issue..shouldn't be that tricky right?
If only I could speak to the right department. I've been passed through five different desks, having to explain the issue every time - Pay Monthly (you need to call a different number) Pass as you Go (told my son's number is a legacy number so passed to another department), not sure which department I got to next but had to explain the issue twice, then told it was a 360 number? but then passed back to Pay Monthly.
O2, your customer service is dreadful. Some of the agents were lovely and apologetic, but the inability to just identify my son's number was staggering.
