I had a contract with o2 through phones for you, i am now on orange but o2 still charging me for a phone i do not use please even tho the contract has expired help...

did you cancel your contract as if you did not you go on to a monthly rolling agreement.

You must cancel your old contract at the end.

Ah that may be why... will cancel asap i thought they might let u no its coming to an end and ask if you want to carry on or not... if i ring today will they cancel it?

Yes they should do after 30 days notice.
