Hello I ve quite the same problem as many people here I can see. on 16th April I ve bought a new device with a package and git my temporary sim. Then a day later I ve requested to move my old number from Vodafone to O2 to be replaced with my temporary sim. Then customer service informed me that the transfer will happen not later than 23rd April. on 23rd, both temporary number and my number that supposed to be transferred was cut off and since then no progression!I ve called customer service 4 times and all I heard is that I ve to wait. But I m missing tons of work calls and ai dont even ve internet on the go because my both numbers dont have service. Yes I can buy another sim in the meanwhile but while paying for O2 services why will I buy that right? I ve tried to take the sim off and put again,reset network settings but none worked! Please help if there is something you can do. Thanks

It can take 24hrs or so for the change to become active on O2's network - keep rebooting the phone every so often, and if you need to talk to O2, reach out to the Social Media team via eaither of the links just below (X or FB Messenger) and be persistent until an agent responds.

Absolutely nothing we can do here as customers except groan at yet another case of O2 failing.
Your best bet would be the UK based Social Media Team
Message them on Social Media.
