Hi, I have a customer whose phone number shows "Likely Nuisenance" on the screen when dialling to O2 and EE mobiles.

How do I get this number removed from a shared Spam list?

Any help appreciated.

As far as I am aware both O2 and EE use these people

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@SW1969

I would be asking the client why they have been classed as spam and nuisance as it will be crowd sourced data from people who have received calls and texts from them.

It will be also down to them to contact the Hiya etc and they will need to probably pay to be removed..

There is nothing o2 or EE will do in this instance..

This is what happens when spoofed numbers, used by spammers, get reported by users receiving the spam / scam calls.

There's no control in the 7726 system to differentiate.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

And the reason I never report spoofed numbers. These are where the system breaks down
