Ordered an upgrade on the 16th June and it still hasn't been delivered thanks to DPD losing it? O2 won't send me out another phone until an investigation in to it's where abouts is concluded. I've made 4/5 calls to O2 and one to DPD to get things moving but as of today 13th July I still don't have the phone, but I am paying for it!!! Sick of being bumped around and seriously considering closing my account and the others in my family. I've had to do all the call making. Since when did the customers have to do all the leg work? Been told that they won't send me out a replacement until they have compensation from DPD! I can't believe that they don't have the money to do this. It seems that their customers are not important enough anymore.
