Really need some help.
I have a new sim and was told my old phone number would be transferred over to the new sim. Unfortunately the new sim is not working, I have absolutely no signal and I have an alert coming up telling my the new sim isn't provisioned.
Tried the virtual support but they keep pushing me onto the O2 app. I can't sign in to the O2 app because unfortunately my old account and my new account both have the same email. Whenever I click reset password, the email is sent to my old account, not my new account. Therefore, I can't sign in to my new account, and I can't try and change the email it's connected to because I can't reach anyone.
Of course, I'd phone O2, but I HAVE NO SIGNAL. I have no local O2 shops to visit either.
I'm going round in circles and it's a nightmare. What am I supposed to do??????????????

If you just have replacement sim or have upgraded you can do a sim swap yourself Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
Also, for an upgrade, just use your old sim for now until you can swap to the new one, if required.
Alternatively, you can contact O2 on socials.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
