I know a customer who is going to commit insurance fraud, he sold his new Samsung S20 Note to CeX and he said to me he is going to report it lost/stolen then claim a new one on the insurance. I think that's out of order so I want you to stop it happening.

CeX he sold the phone to =[personal details removed]
Phone = Samsung S20 Note
Purchase Date =[personal details removed]

@JimmThis is not O2. This is a customer community. You can call customer service in the morning on any of the numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support Use the Fraud option to get through.
You can also report it here: https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ or call your local police.

They certainly will. They check every phone and if it's barred (which it will be after reporting lost and stolen) he will find himself in a world of trouble. Good job!!
