Search - There's a good chance your answer is already out there! Have a look at our useful FAQ of the most asked questions and the existing guides. You can also search the Community for similar questions by using the search box.

Just found this in unanswered posts.
I agree about using the search bar @pgn UNLESS you are talking about a topic posted some time ago. If you think about the billing system changes as well as Travel and Travel Inclusive, so much has changed in the past 2-3 years.

I think that you are describing how to search this community. But there is also the O2 search itself :-
That is accessed via the top right corner of :-
O2 | Phone, SIM & Tech Deals - See What You Can Do
And there is also Google, particularly when the answer might be on (say) a handset manufacturer's website.
Great idea for a thread ; can it be pinned to the community front page ?

Correct, @Oxonian - Community Search (so many just kand, post, whizz off, where a 2min Search would get them a suitable idea of how their query may be answered before they ask it).
O2 main site search is useless, compared to Community Search.
Google search is a good way to get directly to the term sought, as Community Search dumps you at the top of the thread, whereas Google Search takes you straight to the post containing the sought term.
The Community search improved tremendously after a Forum change some while back, and is a good way to search in-forum, shame it defaults to Best Match instead of Date.
