Data Roaming Zone 3 Bolt On

I am currently in Dubai so have opted for a Travel Bolt On (Zone 2) at £6 a day. I have also opted for a Data Roaming Zone 3 Bolt On of 1GB at £65 to use when I travel to Vietnam tomorrow.

Can someone explain to me why O2 is saying I have already used 274mb of my 1GB Zone 3 Bolt On when I have yet to even enter Vietnam or any other Zone 3 country?
