Hiya, I'm just wondering, what courier do O2 use to deliver handsets. Can't track my order on O2 website as its down so wondered if i could check a courier website maybe

Hi @Anonymous unfortunately it varies I know they use Dpd a lot do you have a tracking number?
O2 site and my O2 login is working for me

That's when i click on my order number to track my handset! I don't know what courier their going to use so i can't use that courier's website!!

Do you have the tracking number to hand and I can see if I recognise it for you

I'm sorry I don't recognise it I know they do use Dpd and dhl though

That's the tracking number they e-mailed me. They probs won't tell me where it is just yet. Also, i'm on the Isle of Wight, do they class that as Non-UK Mainland?

Most couriers do yes although Royal Mail strangely don't sorry I can't help you any more 😞
