I have been on the phone for 3 hours to the 202 customer service trying to sort a problem the last 2 call handlers cut the call its the worst customer service and the noise in the background is unacceptable

Have you tried using o2's social media team to fix whatever your problem is @Mjb0141 ?

You will also find that once you submit a complaint, many customer service agents are reluctant to help for fear of getting something wrong and/or interfering with the complaint.

Please also bear in mind @Mjb0141 that it is currently taking O2 up to eight weeks to investigate and respond to complaints. Hence, it is by no means a quick option. 👍
