Hi, I'm part of the Dundee United Community Trust, which is the official charity of Dundee United Football Club. I'm looking to speak with someone at O2 about how O2 could support our community. The Trust works with those who need our support in Dundee and the surrounding area. In particular people with a disability, those living in isolation and families living in poverty. For them access to mobile and internet is so important, but for many it is a struggle. Can O2 help us.

I would make contact with the Good Things Foundation rather than o2..

As per the link I provided, you need to enquire in any O2 store.

They are wanting to be a partner, and the only way to do this is to speak to the Good Things Foundation, as they also partner with over networks and there is a whole process to follow..
And if a registered charity they will have to prove this to them, and go through a governance process..

We co-founded the National Databank with the UK’s leading digital inclusion charity, Good Things Foundation. The National Databank provides free mobile data, texts and minutes to those living in data poverty. It’s like a foodbank, but for mobile data.
Drop by and see us and ask for the National Databank in any of our O2 stores.

They want to provide sims to users of there services, in which case they either send people into a store, or do it themselves, which is what they are asking for via the Digital Inclusion Network which they have to sign up to as a registered charity

Also note this from the Databank site.
Please note that individuals must access the National Databank for themselves and are unable to collect on behalf of anyone else.
