Claiming free gift issue

Following previous issue with claiming free gift of incorrect link I followed the new link as advised but have now run into another issue whereby my email address is flagging as invalid. I cannot claim my free gift without the email address. I know the Email address is correct and have also tried several others but get same 'invalid email' response. Any suggestions?

If you are now using the correct link as advised @Anonymous I think you will need to contact customer services to ask why it is throwing an error re your email address? http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I wonder though whether it could just be a system error...ie many people claiming gifts...??

Are you using the email address that is connected with the account for the phone you purchased?

Hi @jonsie,

This one may be affected the leaflet issues we talked about a few weeks back. I have however raised this again within the team to see if anything else can be done to limit confusion. I've also raised all other issues we have recently seen :). Most are separate and isolated, which is not to sat that they are not important to resolve of course!
