I payed for my 10 bundle and you stole my credit , spent 4 hours on the phone to customer service just to be fobbed off wasting my time. O2 you are idiots and that's being kind.

If you used Web-TopUp, @Billy5772838e, did you top up the right mobile number? Nothing makes a tenner disappear as fast as miskeying the mobile number in the web-page by mistake.
Other things to note: if you top up a £10 tariff on or after the date you first topped up, then it is taken by O2 - payment is a month in advance - for your next month's 'service'.
If £10 just disappeared in odd amounts, it could be due to out-of-tariff charges: premium SMS, MMS, international or premium rate calls...
Sorry you had such a poor experience, especially a 4hr call to be told similar, no doubt.
