Zero signal at all, says o2 turned my 4g off all bills paid… full day and night with nothing! Then I try to ask via customer chat and they delete all messages after waiting days for them to reply!!! They offer to take £10 off bill but that’s not happened. Now I can’t get a signal to even load a map, I’m so fed up and on top all this they haven’t even give me my Disney plus discount. Nobody to call or complain to to sort it… if you do it via chat it just gets deleted. Paying almost £50 to sometimes get a signal and for my 4g to sometimes work.
