I ordered s24 ultra on the 2nd December it's now the 26th December, and I still don't have the phone. I contacted customer service several times, and I am getting nowhere, I don't know what I am supposed to do
The shop it's being delivered to says my name isn't on the system and when I call o2 help d3sk they say my phone is in the shop, wtf am I supposed to do been like this since 12th December meanwhile I am paying for a decive I don't have, you start3d the contract saying my order was completed when it obviously isn't 😩 truly pathetic experience buying a phone from you guys , never again !

I've been waiting for the iPhone 16 Pro Max since the 23rd October... don't hold your breath! And O2 have very kindly billed me for the phone every month, with no refund and STILL bill me again the next month! I cant even get through to anyone to cancel and as it is a business number I cant just not pay my bill as my customers will not be able to contact me. Absolute joke of a company
