what is the best add on for a months holiday to Australia to cover charges on a sim only phone?

If you have Travel Inclusive Ultimate you can use your allowances as you do at home.

Or O2 Travel for £6.00 per day.

Just to add to @MI5's suggestion of considering a local SIM, you can procure Australian SIMs on Amazon UK. I am unsure as to how their cost compares to buying Down Under but you would at least be sorted before you set out. 👍
