VAT bills for business accounts should be available from your business MyO2.

Nope. 

You will have to make contact with o2, however if you want to have VAT invoices then you really should have a business account.

Not easy to get if not on a business tariff, @dt2604 - but not impossible, if you keep nudging via Social Media (X or Messenger) in the Contact link shared above.
