My phone won’t let me text, call or use data. All my bills have been payed so unsure why I’m paying £80+ a month for a phone that doesn’t work

It might be an idea @Chantel2000 to try your SIM in a different handset ; and to try someone else's SIM in your handset. That will help you to narrow down whether it is a SIM or 'phone issue. 👍
