@Ravi You won't find anyone from O2 online at this time of night. If you're looking for the Online Chat, click on the Shop link at the top of the page in the morning. The Chat window pops up there most of the time.

Edit: If you want to chat about something account related, @O2Lisa and @O2Georgina will also be on in the morning.
