Change direct debit payment details

I would like to change the bank account I pay my direct debit from - do you need to send me a new direct debit mandate form to do this?

You can do it yourself via My O2.  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

In the section Billing and Payments. When you open My O2, click on the My O2 icon and this will open another section.

Before you change your bank details O2 will send you a One Time Password to your phone.

No need to contact O2 at all.

NB From 11.30 am My O2 is down (on phone and PC) so check back later @JayneSpencer

Yes mine came back by degrees. It didn't show the top line at all but Upgrade and Bill were showing. It was fully working on both devices by 11.55am. Up until then I was presented with the 'Oops something went wrong (AGAIN) 😂
