I've phone twice and been phoned back once I am trying to pay the bill get my phone reconnected as its been barred and once again for the third or fourth month running complain that the bills still not been sorted it's still not coming out on the right day it's still cutting me off every month the direct debit has not been re instated AGAIN and the letter came in the post today when already cur off yesterday each time I speak with an agent fhe calls get cut off as the service is so shocking this is ridiculous
Someone please make the phone work how it's meant to as I keep paying for a service I'm still not receiving each month
