Bar on phone

I was changing bank accounts this month and my bill didn’t come out. No idea how as all others did. But byways. My phone had a bar put on it. I rang up and paid my bill but it still won’t let me use internet. Phone text etc. My question is. How can I get this lifted if I can’t ring the number. I don’t have landline.

I should have said it was mid term last week so I was gone with my parents and could use their phone. I work from home so don’t have other people to use their phone now.

It usually takes 24-48 hours to lift a bar. Keep rebooting the phone
