when i get a refurbished phone am i meant to put the sim card it comes with in my phone? since i already got given a free sim card for the phone i’m using now

Use your current SIM card if it’s the same size.
If not, you’ll need to do a sim swap

@birdeleanor1998You can use your current sim if it fits the phone you are getting. Otherwise you may have to do a sim swap http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/
