please help

i have attempted to restore my iphone 5 to solve my previous problem. during the restore process it has frozen and wont switch on or off. tried to reset it too by holding home button and off button, does not work. any ideas what i can do now?

because the home and sleep/on/off button are not working i cant reset the handset

If you can't do anything with it then your only option is to return it. Make an appointment at your nearest Apple store for the best service. Or you could return it to the point of sale as you have only had the phone for 4 days.
