iPhone issues after porting number

I have just ported my o2 business number across to a new sim only monthly account.  Normal text messages being received to old number but imessage and facetime linked to temp number on my iphone.  I have tried toggled the switch to turn off both but when i reboot nothing has changed.  Any help greatly appreciated

 

Removed Sim and reinserted - normal service resumed

Hi its possible that imessage is linked to the temporary number. To change this there are a few things you could do , if you go to settings and then phone just to make sure the number here is the number you have ported over. You can change this here if not.
Then Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and make sure the correct mobile number is selected. You might need to turn imessage on and off to get it to reactivate.

You need to go to Settings >Phone >My Number and change that to your correct number.

Save the changes and reboot the phone.
