If it's under 12 months make an appointment at a Genius Bar at an apple store.

They will fix or replace it for a mint refurb if under 12 months.

Last option would be they offer you an out if warranty unit at a fee.

If it is not long out if the 12 month warranty might still be worth giving apple a go they will sometimes still repair or replace free
