Hi, 

I pre-ordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max how do I know if i will recieve it on the day of launch?

The order doesnt show in the orders section of myo2

You don't know you will get it on day of launch. Currently showing as 3 weeks delay.

During the pre order process it suggested the day of launch, what this info incorrect?

If you pre ordered whilst O2 still had stock allocated, you will get it on Friday.

If pre orders had exceeded the stock O2 will be getting, you will be on the waiting list.

It all depends on how close to 1.00pm you pre ordered?

The website still says preorder now for delivery from 13th November 😕

I completed my order at 1301 on the day - contacted customer service whether it will be DESPATCHED or will it ARRIVE on Nov 13 2020 and no clue.

Why is information so difficult to get!

I ordered mine today... it states it's being processed for delivery on launch day... fingers crossed.
