iPad 3 APN Mobile data setting changing back to default

Hi

Use to be that when you changed your iPad mobile Data APN to the O2's (mobile.o2.co.uk) the iPad APN settings would remain there until the next iOS update (which although annoying was, I suppose fair enough).

However for some reason they seem to just randomly change back to the iBrowse (Apple) default settings - No iOS update - No system reset - Was working previous and just changes - Randomly.

This has only started recently (last couple of months).

I am using an iPad 3 3G with O2 mobile data sim.

O2 Mobile data settings used (which do work when there)

APN: mobile.o2.co.uk

user: faster

p\w: password

Anyone any ideas what could be causing this?

No Idea as I have the dedicated ipad sim in mine that uses ibrowse.
