Hi. If i buy an apple watch in O2 Uk , is it blocked to the network or can i give it as a present to someone in Portugal ??

The device isnt locked but there are caveats:

If you buy it on a Finance Agreement, such as refresh then it will be tied to your o2 number.  If it the new installment plan then until you finish paying it doesnt legally belong to you.

My advice buy it direct from Apple.
