Hi, newbie here, please be gentle
A lady in USA is leaving me voicemails. However, she's not dialling my number, my phone doesn't ring - it goes straight to voicemail - and I don't have my voicemail turned on.
How can I stop this happening and does anybody know the cause?

First welcome to the forums.
I'm assuming you don't know this and its a shame you cant answer the incoming call so you can let her know she is mis dialling.
Are you sure your voicemail is turned off ?
Its 1750 to turn it on and 1760 to turn it off.
I would contact 02 Customer Services and ask them to look into this for you.
202 for pay monthly.
4445 for payg.
