media messages

just purchased a new 1phone 5 it will let me send picture messages but i can't recceive them, i have to go online and look at them. Any ideas how to fix this ???

Please contact 02 Customer Services to have your account activated for MMS.

202 for Contract Customers.

4445 for payg.

If you don't have a mms bundle within your Tariff then remember its £0.25p to send one on payg and £0.35p on Contract.

If you cant get through then you could try Live Chat.
