Voicemail not working

I have an iPhone 12 and since I paid off my device plan yesterday and changed to sim only contract my voicemail doesn't work. The visual voicemail screen has also disappeared. 

I spent an age on the phone with o2 and feel like it was fobbed off . I also can't seem to call voicemail or even 202 the call just cuts off. They asked me to send STATE to 9011 which never gave me a reply as it wouldn't send. I kept asking if they had put some sort of premium bar on my account but he didn't really respond. They got me to reset my network settings and this hasn't resolved. I have also been on the forum here and cancelled all diverts and tried to call 1750 but this won't work either the call just cuts off.  I have a £0 spend cap but I had this on my previous plan and could always call voicemail. 

He said he had added the iPhone bolt on to my plan and to wait 24 hours but I am a bit dubious. I really need access to voicemails, hoping someone can help!

Just like that it's come back. Not sure what fixed it.

You need to get customer service to remove wifi calling

Then you will be able to use the short codes

Have it reinstated afterwards

Assuming they did add the iData bolt on it will only become active after the systems update at midnight.

Still can't seem to call voicemail manually though or 202 just cuts straight off
