Unlock device to all networks

Hi guys just bought an iPhone 7 on 02
I’ve looked at the help and it’s no use !
Can someone please help me unblock the iPhone so I can use my sim please

Either get the seller to unlock it or you will need to get a P&G sim and use it for a couple of days as per the link posted by @Bambino
