Hi There
I am not having much luck with talking to o2 on the phone. I have ysterday recieved my new iPhone 11 Pro Max and cannot send or recieve any text messages and in turn cannot get iMessage to activate or Facetime. Visual Voicemail is not working eaither. A new sim was supplied and as far as I can see has been swapped ok as the voice calls and mobile data is working ok.
Does anyone have any advice?

We have had numerous people with the same issue over the past few days. Your only option is to contact O2.
