Hi my son has been charged £68 last month and £55 this month on a tariff that should be £20 per month, I called o2 and they told me he has been receiving texts from 0800 numbers and once he receives them they charge approx £1.83 for each text and he can receive 20-30 each day! O2 told me I can claim this money back and gave me cleartone holdings phone number! Waste of time I've left loads of messages and no 1 ever answers the phone or calls you back, I've emailed too! Anyone else had this problem! What A rip
Off! He can't afford these bills!!! Please reply if you've had the same! Thanks

@Anonymous He's obviously subscribed to something & you need to chase up the company charging the amount not o2
