Removing Cellular Data on Apple Watch

I would like to remove cellular data on my apple watch, I don't use it for messages and often have it on do not disturb. Is this possible?

If you bough the watch from o2 you will need to pay off the device first in order to remove  airtime plan.. follow this guide Guide: Cancelling Your Contract 

If you bought the watch elsewhere then you need to do it through the Watch App.
