Hi,

Is anybody else having problems contacting O2? It seems that my monthly data allowance hasn't been refreshed this month but can't get in touch to sort it out. When I click on live chat/contact us, it comes up with an error message saying that the link may have been deleted.

Try a different browser for live chat or clear cache and cookies.
It does sometimes play up or it might be easier to just call on 202.

sorry, New to this as I am a new customer and I don't seem to be able to join the chat under my own name. I have been trying to get through to chat every night as have been unable to call in the day. I don't understand why noone is ever available in the evening or at night? Surely the time you need the live chat more than ever is when the phone lines are closed? I have tried the complaint link mentioned and have cleared cache etc as suggested all to no avail. Don't really know what else to do. Seems like a very common and recurring probelm experienced by many?
