You could try online chat here;

http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/srvs/cgi-bin/webcgi.exe?New,KB=Companion,question=ref(user):str(RelatedHe...

Or phone them if you can(might be expensive)

tel:+44%20(0)113%20306%209265

Erm people do seem to be having a issues with unlocking phones after leaving the country(no official reason)

Your best bet for now would be to pick up a cheap phone for your new sim. Get in contact with O2 and ask them to push through the unlock.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

O2 don't send you anything to unlock your phone. Connect it to itunes with your Australian sim card to see if it's unlocked. Apple unlock the IMEI through itunes.

If it's still locked to O2 try filling in the handset unlock form again if you get no joy from O2 Chat
