Hi,
Two weeks ago I replaced my O2 sim because my previous O2 sim was not working properly. After replacing the sim, I have a problem, when I'm at home, I use wifi but as soon as I'm not at home and I need to use O2 data, my phone doesn't have data connection. I need to enable"Airplane Mode", after 1 min, I need to shut down "Airplane Mode", and then, I have data connection with O2.
Please can I ask how this is happening?

Try resetting your network settings, but from memory of others having this issue, it requires O2 to perform a network reset on your account.
You need to contact O2.
