My phone has frozen after trying a hard reset

After trying a hard reset, as my phone kept switching off, my phone has totally frozen (iPhone XR)  of course now I cant get a hold of O2 as keep getting kicked off of calls and asked to look at website which is no use at all for this issue.  Does anyone have any suggestions.

Try connecting to itunes and reset it

Also

1. Press and quickly release the Volume up button then press and quickly release the Volume down button.
2. To complete, press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

Thanks Jonsie, however I’ve already tried that and same problem, it feel it may be a series firmware issue.

@GarryMc try doing an online chat with Apple, they can usually help to resolve (or worse case if its still in warranty they will arrange a replacement)
